6 Ways To Plan For Your Life

My mentor have a way of communicating with me irrespective of the distance between us. In one of his recent message to me, he reminded me of why i need the power of planning to attain my desired success. What are the necessity for planning? How can one go about it? What is the usefulness of plans. How does it relate to my life purpose? By the time i was through with the tips and secrets of planning, i have become a better individual with new insight and power.

I want to share with you in this post some of the insights i got from the less talked about secrets of amazing success. Enjoy.

'All good things in life are upstream, but the natural flow of life is that downward, negative pull. To combat that downward pull, you need a plan, a map to help you reach your desired destination.
As we all know, our results are only as good as our plan. My mentor, Mr. Earl Schoaff, taught me that it's not what happens that determines the major part of our future, because what happens, happens to us all. Instead, he taught me that the key is what we do about it. If we start the process of change by developing a plan, doing something different in this next year than we did the previous year, it won't matter how small those efforts start. Start doing different things with the same set of circumstances - the ones we've always had and cannot change - and see what miracles occur. If we start the miracle process and change ourselves, then everything changes. And here's what is interesting, the difference between success and failure is so subtle. Let me explain by giving you my definitions of failure and success. Here it is: Failure is a few Errors in judgment repeated every day. The man says, "Well I didn't walk around the block today and it didn't kill me, so it must be okay." No, no, it is that kind of error in judgment that after six years has him out of breath and panting as he walks from his car to his office. You can't make those kinds of mistakes; it will end up costing you.
Now, here is my definition of success: A few simple Disciplines practiced every day. Do you see the distinction? A few disciplines... Here's a little phrase we've all heard, "An apple a day keeps the doctor away." And my question to you is, "What if that's true?" How simple and easy is that plan?
The fact is, when you look at successful people, you will almost always discover a plan behind their success. They know what they want, they work out a plan that will get them where they want to go, and they work their plan. It is the foundation for success. We as humans have the unique ability to affect change in our lives; it is through our own conscious choice when we engage in the miracle process of personal development that we are able to transform our nature and our lives.
So, what are some good ideas on developing a plan that will work well and take you to the finish line powerfully and in style? Here are some major points to keep in mind:

1. Develop the Plan for You. S
ome people are very detail-oriented and they will be able to follow an intricate plan closely. Others are a little more "free-wheeling" and not really "detail" people. That is okay too. In all the years of my speaking to audiences worldwide, people have asked the question, "what plan is the right plan?" And my answer, the plan that fits you. Your plan, the one you develop that is unique to you and for you. You see, each of us is unique and motivated by different factors and you've got to develop one that is right for you and fits you. Some plans will not be as intricate as others but we all must have a plan, along with goals in that plan, to move us along the program. If you are a free spirit type, don't tell yourself you are going to spend 2 hours a day with a book and tapes and journal. It probably won't happen and you will get discouraged! Whatever your personality, your strengths and your weaknesses, develop the plan around them! This is not a one-plan-fits-all proposition.

2. Establish Times to Spend Working on the Material.
It may be every Sunday night. It may be 20 minutes each morning. It may be in the car listening to the CDs every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Whatever it is, set the times and do it. In your step-by-step plan, put down points that you can accomplish every week. They should be specific and achievable. Develop the discipline and take those steps every day, which will move you closer to your goals and where you want to be.

3. Keep a Journal. Take notes.
It may be on paper, it may be on a micro-recorder. Mr. Schoaff taught me not to trust my memory, but to write it down, to find one place to gather the information that affects change. And that advice has served me well all these years. Record the ideas and inspiration that will carry you from where you are to where you want to be. Take notes on the ideas that impact you most. Put down your thoughts and ideas. Brainstorm with yourself on where you are going and what you want to do. Record your dreams and ambitions. Your journals are a gathering place for all the valuable information that you will find. If you are serious about becoming wealthy, powerful, sophisticated, healthy, influential, cultured, unique, if you come across something important write it down. Two people will listen to the same material and different ideas will come to each one. Use the information you gather and record it for further reflection, for future debate and for weighing the value that it is to you.

4. Reflect. Create time for reflection --
A time to go back over, to study again the things you've learned and the things you've done each day. I call it "running the tapes again" so that the day locks firmly in your memory so that it serves as a tool. As you go through the material in this plan, you will want to spend time reflecting on its significance for you. Regularly set aside time - here are some good guidelines for times to reflect: At the end of the day. Take a few minutes at the end of each day and go back over the day - who'd you talk to, who'd you see, what did they say, what happened and how'd you feel, what went on. A day is the piece of the mosaic of your life. Next, take a few hours at the end of the week to reflect on the week's activities - I would suggest at least one half-hour. Also during that weekly time, take a few minutes to reflect on how this material should be applied to your life and circumstances. Take a half day at the end of the month and a weekend at the end of the year so that you've got it so that it never disappears, to ensure that the past is even more valuable and will serve your future well.

5. Set Goals. Remember that your plan is the roadmap for how you are going to get to your goals, so you have to have them. Of all the things that changed my life for the better (and most quickly), it was learning how to set goals. Mastering this unique process can have a powerful affect on your life too. I remember shortly after I met Mr. Shoaff, he asked me if I had a list of my goals, and of course I didn't. He suggested to me that because I lacked a set of clearly defined goals that he could guess my bank balance within a few hundred dollars... and he did! Well, Mr. Shoaff immediately began helping me define my view of the future, my dreams. He taught me to set goals because it is the greatest influence on a person's future and the greatest force that will pull a person in the direction that they want to go. But the future must be planned, well designed to exert a force that pulls you towards the promise of what can be.

6. Act. Act on your plan. What separates the successful from the unsuccessful so many times is that the successful simply do it. They take action, they aren't necessarily smarter than others; they just work the plan. And the time to act is when the emotion is strong. Because if you don't, here's what happens - it's called the law of diminishing intent. We intend to act when the idea strikes us, when the emotion is high, but if we delay and we don't translate that into action fairly soon, the intention starts to diminish, diminish and a month from now it's cold and a year from now it can't be found. So set up the discipline when the idea is strong, clear and powerful - that's the time to work the plan. Otherwise the emotion is wasted unless you capture the emotion and put it into disciplined activities and translate it into equity. And here's what is interesting: all disciplines affect each other; everything affects everything. That's why the smallest action is important -- because the value and benefits that you receive from that one little action will inspire you to do the next one and the next one... So step out and take action on your plan because if the plan is good, then the results can be miraculous.'

How To Exclusively Manage Your Time And Double Your Income

One of the factors that distinguish between the rich and poor, the leader and the follower, the masses and the wealthy is effective use of time. To become great in life, you will need to learn how to effectively manage your time for high productivity personally or professionally.
Just by effectively managing your time, you can achieve your goals faster and double your income if you are in business.
Here in this article, i bring to you time management tips from experts who have mastered effective use of time. Here we go as i invite Brian Tracy, Denis Waitely, Vic Johnson and Jim Rohn to give share their time tested, proven time management tricks....

From Brian Tracy:

I always give the principle of: Begin the day by "Eating That Frog." It basically says that if the first thing you do in the morning is eat a live frog, then you will have the satisfaction of knowing it is probably the worst thing that is going to happen to you all day long. And your "live frog" is your most important task. Now there's two corollaries to that. The first one is if you have two frogs to eat, eat the ugliest one first and the second corollary to that is if you have to eat a frog at all, it doesn't pay to sit and look at it too long.
So the key to high performance is to plan every day the night before, in advance, and set priorities for it. And then say, "If I can only complete one task on this list before I was to be called out of town for a month, which one task would it be?" And whatever that is, it becomes your frog and the next morning discipline yourself to start in on that task, the most important thing on your list, and do only that until it is complete.
If you can develop that habit, you can double and triple your productivity, you'll take full control of your life, you'll eventually become wealthy, and the personal feeling of pride, accomplishment, discipline and achievement you get will be absolutely extraordinary. It is one of the most important of all lessons to learn, and one of the hardest things to implement if anybody has tried to do it.

From Denis Waitley:
Stop watching in prime time and start living in prime time. Prime time is 7-11 p.m. EST, when all of America is watching other people making money and having fun in their professions. So if you want to watch other people making money, having fun in their professions, which gets their ratings up so they make more money, go ahead and do things that are tension relieving, instead of goal achieving. But if you truly want to live YOUR life in prime time, then write in prime time, have intimacy in prime time, talk with your children in prime time, live and do in prime time instead of unhooking and engaging in tension relieving activities. Every book I've written has been written 7-11 p.m. weekly and on Saturdays. And why? Because I am earning money the rest of the time, and I don't have time to write a book except in prime time.
So stop watching and use the television set as an appliance. It has doors on it. Close the doors and use it like an iron. When you need to iron your clothes, bring out the TV set.

From Jim Rohn:
Regarding the television, I knew a guy who wasn't doing too well and he wanted some advice from me. I knew he had a television set and knew he watched a lot of television, so I asked, "How much did that television cost you?"
He said, "About $400."
I said, "No, you're mistaken."
He said, "No, this television set cost me $400."
I said, "Well, that's to buy it. To watch it, I am sure it is costing you about $40,000 a year to watch."
He finally got the message and he called his brother-in-law, who had a pickup, and he and his brother-in-law hauled his television out of the house. His brother-in-law did say, "Well, you can just shut it off."
And he said, "No, for now I don't trust myself, Jim Rohn is right. I'm not going to let this television set cost me $40,000 a year anymore."

From Vic Johnson:
My biggest tip would be in an area in which I struggle a lot. About 15 years ago, I heard someone say to never handle the items in your inbox more than one time. So I adopted that for email. Now I get over 300 emails every day, even though I have all kinds of filters, some of them going to other people, etc. My biggest challenge is to touch that email only one time. Either I forward the email, I return the email and delete it or drag it to a folder for action by someone else or delete it. If you continue to have to go back and revisit that email over and over trying to make a decision, that's time -- that's wasted time -- plus it's on your mind until you get rid of it. So if you are in a profession and you handle a lot of emails and you're still getting a lot of items in your inbox, only touch them one time.

How To Have More And Become More

The present situation of yours may be undesirable. You can do something about it. You can become better and wiser. There is a miracle in developing yourself. According to Jim Rohn, you can have more than you've got and become more than you are. Let's find out more about this.
'One day Mr. Shoaff said, "Jim, if you want to be wealthy and happy, learn this lesson well: Learn to work harder on yourself than you do on your job."

Since that time I've been working on my own personal development. And I must admit that this has been the most challenging assignment of all. This business of personal development lasts a lifetime.

You see, what you become is far more important than what you get. The important question to ask on the job is not, "What am I getting?" Instead, you should ask, "What am I becoming?" Getting and becoming are like Siamese twins: What you become directly influences what you get. Think of it this way: Most of what you have today you have attracted by becoming the person you are today.

I've also found that income rarely exceeds personal development. Sometimes income takes a lucky jump, but unless you learn to handle the responsibilities that come with it, it will usually shrink back to the amount you can handle.

If someone hands you a million dollars, you'd better hurry up and become a millionaire. A very rich man once said, "If you took all the money in the world and divided it equally among everybody, it would soon be back in the same pockets it was before."

It is hard to keep that which has not been obtained through personal development

So here's the great axiom of life:

--TO HAVE MORE THAN YOU'VE GOT, BECOME MORE THAN YOU ARE--

This is where you should focus most of your attention. Otherwise, you just might have to contend with the axiom of not changing, which is:

--UNLESS YOU CHANGE HOW YOU ARE, YOU'LL ALWAYS HAVE WHAT YOU'VE GOT--'

To Your Success,
Jim Rohn

Keys To Finding Your Genius

There is a genius in everyone but the sad thing is that most people never know or understand this home truth. In this post, you will enjoy the ageless wisdom of Jim Rohn, a personal development coach and America's most successful inspirational speaker.
Enjoy it.

'Change Your Beliefs. It is up to you to do the work of changing your beliefs. And when you do you will be opening up new worlds - literally! Win the thought battle, which will help you keep negative beliefs out and positive beliefs and thoughts in. Feed your mind with information that will change your belief. But also ask yourself if you are doing that with belief. The truth is that you have an amazing mind with a capacity for learning that is beyond your comprehension. You must believe this. And when you do, you will be unlocking the potential of your mind!

Get the Right Knowledge. Words--if they are not true--are meaningless. I hear children say, "I read it in a book." But is it true? Just because someone says it or writes it, doesn't mean it is true. As learners, we want to get the right knowledge, not just information or opinions. It is our job to seek out information and knowledge and then test it and run it through our minds to see if it is true, and if it can be rightfully applied to our lives in order to make them better and help us succeed. We need to weigh and measure what we learn in order to gain the right knowledge. And when we do, we will be unlocking the potential of our mind!

Become Passionate about Learning. This will take some work, but the only way to do it is to begin learning about things that have an immediate impact in your life. When you learn about a new financial concept that helps you earn money or get out of debt, that will get you fired up. When you learn about a way to communicate that helps you sell more product, that will energize you. When you learn about how to interact with your family in a healthy way and your relationships get better, that will inspire you! Become passionate about learning. And when you do, you will be unlocking the potential of your mind!

Discipline Yourself Through the Hard Work of Study. Learning will take work. Until someone comes up with modules that can plug into your mind and give you instant access to knowledge, you are on your own, and that takes work. The process of learning is a long one. Yes, we can speed it up, but it is still a process of reading, listening, reviewing, repetition, applying the knowledge, experiencing the outcomes, readjusting, etc. Simply put, that takes time. Slowly but surely, when you discipline yourself, you gain knowledge and learn. And when you do, you will be unlocking the potential of your mind!

Learning is possible, no matter what your age. You are never too young or too old. Your mind was created to learn and has a huge capacity to do so. This week, make a commitment to unlock the potential of your mind!'

How To Identify And Use The Mysterious Rule That Affects Everything You Do

I know you will be wondering what I’m up to in this article. What I have for you cost one man many years to discover through painstaking research. In fact, after making the discovery, he did not keep it to himself. He recognized the power of the secret in all the activities of man and nations including the economy of the world. The universal application of this mysterious rule motivated him to share it with the world. Since then, those who have been fortunate to know about the rule have applied it to their lives with tremendous positive results.

This Secret Covers Every Aspect Of Your Life

It does not matter what category of human endeavour you belong now. Just as the rule affect a student, it also affects a banker. It governs the activities of an accountant. It does not leave out a businessman. It rules all that the husband does at home. It does not leave out the wife.
If you like to call this rule the essential tool for personal success. It could be called the power to be your best. It is a Vital Tip For Effective Living. Those who are priviledged to know this principle has had their situation changed from grass to grace. Nonentities had been turned into celebrities by simple awareness and application of this rule. You can apply it to profitably manage your finance. You can use it to maximize profits in your investment. You need to do away with trivial things and focus on essential things at every stage of your life.

The Pareto Principle And Your Life

Pareto was the man who discovered the mysterious rule I promised to share with you. The rule is called the 80/20 rule. It explains that 80% of all human activities is responsible for 20% of the outcome. 20% of all human activities is also responsible for 80% of the outcome. Let me explain better. 80% of your knowledge is derived from 20% of the books you read. You only get 20% knowledge from the remaining 80%. This is to say that out of every ten books you read, you learn most from just two of them. You can therefore significantly increase your knowledge base by identifying these 2 books and concentrate more on them to get maximum benefit.
As a businessman, 80% of your profit is derived from 20% of your customers. Among 10 customers you have, 80% of your sales is from 2 of them. These 2 are your loyal customers. They will patronize you no matter what. If you concentrate on keeping them and making them satisfied at all times, they can help you grow your business.
You can use the Pareto principle to effectively manage your time. 20 percent of your daily activities give you 80% of satisfaction and good results. Just identify those activities and focus on them.

How To Benefit From This Rule

Once you identify the activities that give you the best results, focus on them and give them priority in your life. If reading and writing gives you the best result and satisfaction in your daily activities, focus on them and develop your skills in these areas. You will grow to become a highly influential author, writer and leader. The power of focus will open the door for you and enable you to make great discoveries sometimes extraordinary.
Think about this again. 20% of your activities give you 80% of your results and reward.

How To Apply The 80/20 Rule To Everything

Vilfredo Pareto who discovered this principle in 1895 noticed that people in the society seemed to divide naturally into the ‘vital’ few and ‘trivial’ many. The vital few represents the top 20% in terms of money and influence and the trivial many represents the bottom 80%.
The average person procrastinate on the most valuable and important tasks. They busy themselves instead with the least important things that contribute little to results. I hope you are not like those who appear to be busy but achieve little results. You may have observed that the most valuable tasks you want to do each day are often the most difficult and complex. The joy is that they yield the highest pay off and reward.
Before you begin any work, determine if it is in the top 20% o the bottom 80%.
Here are simple steps to follow in order to apply the 80/20 rule to your life:

(1) Resist The Temptation To Do Small Things First: don’t forget that whatever you choose to do over and over again eventually becomes your habit. Habits are very difficult to break. If you start your day on trivial things, you will eventually develop the habit of starting and working on low value tasks. The results you get from that ends up in the 80% below average reward. Get started on the most important tasks daily and you will be motivated to do more by the time you start seeing the great reward.

(2) Think About Starting And Finishing Your Daily Task Before Hand: You get enough motivation by just thinking about starting and finishing an important task. The motivation you get empowers you to overcome procrastination. The valuable reward you get subsequently from your effort makes you feel satisfied and happy.

(3) Manage Your Time Well: Time management is life management. It is also personal management. Managing your time well gives you absolute control over events and life’s circumstances. You control what you do next. The key determinant factor of your success in life and work is your ability to choose between important and unimportant tasks.

(4) Discipline Yourself To Start On Important Tasks: The place of discipline cannot be ruled out in your quest to applying the 80/20 rule in everything you do. Effective and productive people usually discipline themselves to start on the most important task before them. They force themselves to get the task done first whatever it is. They therefore accomplish more than the average person. They are also more complacent and happier. Adopt this as your way of working.

To Your Success,

Benard Solomon

How To Become A Superior Thinker And Predict Your Future

‘For thus saith the Lord God, the Holy one of Israel, I returning and rest shall ye be saved: in quietness and I confidence shall be your strength and ye would not’
(Is. 30:15)

Not thinking is responsible for most people’s failure. Many had abandoned their goals because they cannot think. If you cannot think, you cannot plan. If you cannot plan, you cannot succeed. Thinking generates great ideas. Ideas rule the world. If you want to be great and highly successful, you must renounce mental laziness and think.

Can you mention anything good in this modern, information age that did not come to being through thinking? Henry Ford was a great thinker. He gave the world moving machines popularly called automobiles today against all odds. The Wright brothers were great thinkers. They gave the world flying machines- the airplane despite the resistance and persecution they had to endure. Thinkers see beyond the present.
Bill Gates is a great thinker. He left medical school as a result of superior thinking. He was what all the professors in the medical school and science could not see in the seventies. He followed his idea about the future of the computer. What is the result of that? The information age. The PC is a common machine today in homes and offices. Without his superior thinking, such could not have been possible. His superior thinking has not only made him successful, it has made him the richest in the world since he was forty.
The more you are able to think, the better your life becomes. You change your lifestyle. You generate extraordinary ideas and get uncommon results. You suddenly become visible. People begin to see you as someone who can solve their problems.
Okay, this is my question to you. Do you think? If you are not thinking, you will be an under achiever. This write up is to make available to you simple steps you can take in order to start thinking instantly.

4 Great Steps To Powerful Thinking

Here are the four powerful steps to take today so you can start thinking your way to superior performance and extra ordinary achievement.
(1) Create A Quiet Place

(2) Create A Conducive Time

(3) Concentrate Your Thoughts

(4) Convert Your Ideas Into Implementable Action

Create A Quiet Place

This is very difficult for most people. You may find it easier to stay among people talking the whole day. Let me tell you the truth. You are wasting your life. Do everything possible to create a place where you can be alone daily and periodically. Once you identify the place, your subconscious mind will begin to work on you to take the next step.

Create A Conducive Time

Just creating a place will not get you there. You must find a time when you can be alone and be at ease with yourself. This time should be your best time of the day. While for some it is during the day, for others, it is at night. Set this time to be the time you concentrate mostly on anything you are doing.

Concentrate Your Thought

You will need a writing material to do this. I have never seen a tool as cheap and readily available as the common pencil and paper.
Write your thought down on pending issues during your time of concentration. The thoughts and ideas you generate become tangible. More stimulation will come to your mind to generate ways of bringing the ideas to pass.

Convert Your Ideas Into Implementable Action

The world will not know about the ideas you have if no step is taken to actualize it. Turn your ideas into simple plan and turn your plan into action. Do it one step at a time. This is how to become a superior thinker and predict your own future.

3 Vital Attributes Of A Superior Thinker

You could either be a superior thinker or an inferior thinker. A superior thinker gets great ideas and results. The opposite is the case for an inferior thinker. A superior thinker ends up being a philosopher whose postulations affect the present and future.
Let us consider the following Factors and how they contribute to superior thinking.

Consider The Consequence

A superior thinker thinks about the consequences of doing or not doing something. He is able to think accurately of the consequences of his actions.
Your actions and inactions matter. They are responsible for the results you get in any given circumstance. Better decisions are taken when you give due consideration to the anticipated results of your actions.

Think Long Term

Dr. Edward Banfield of Harvard University carried out a research for more than 50 years. In his conclusions, he remarked that ‘long term’ perspective is the most accurate single predictor of upward social and economic mobility in America. He reasoned that long term perspective turns out to be more important than family background, education, race, intelligence, connections or virtually any other factor in determining your success in life.
One impact of time horizon on your behaviour and choice is phenomenal. Take a long view of your life and career and you will make much better decision about your use of time and the activities you engage in. You will be ahead of other people who give very little thought to the future.

Have A Clear Future Orientation

Long-term thinking improves short-term decision-making. Successful people often have a clear future orientation. They know where they want to be. They know where they are going. They know why they are doing what they do. They think five, ten, and twenty years ahead into the future. Careful analysis of their choices and behaviour is their past time. They make sure that what they do in the present is consistent with the future they desire.
Brian Tracy gives a lucid explanation of the benefit of long-term thinking. Here him:
‘In your work, having a clear idea of what is really important to you in the long term makes it much easier for you to make better decisions about your priorities in the short term. By definition, something that is important has long-term potential consequences. Something that is unimportant has few or no long-term potential, beneficial consequences. Before starting on anything, you should always ask yourself, what are the potential consequences of doing or not doing those tasks’.
Future Intent Influences And Often Determines Present Actions
‘The clearer you are about your future intentions, the greater influence that clarity will have on what you do in the moment. With a long term vision, you are much more capable of evaluating an activity in the present and to ensure that it is consistent with where you truly want to end up.’

How To Change Your Thinking And Unlock Your Full Potential

You have full responsibility for your life. The way you think play a major, significant role on whatever you become in life. Greatness is an offshoot of how you think. So is under-achievement and failure. As a man thinks in his heart so is he. Do you know that the way you think and feel about yourself including your belief and expectations about what is possible for you determines everything you do and everything that happens to you? Do you know that when you change the quality of your thinking you can change the quality of your life?
There is one thing I know you have complete and absolute control over in the universe. That is your thinking. You are the only one who decide what you are going to think in any given situation. Your thought have powerful influence on your feelings whether positive or negative. All your actions spring from your thoughts and feeling which in turn determines the result and reward you get.

Get More Power Through Positive Thinking
You will have more power and influence if you learn to think positively against all odds. Positive thoughts enhance your life. It empowers you and make you feel stronger and more confident. Positive thinking have measurable constructive effects on your personality, your health, levels of energy and creativity. Happiness is a by-product of positive thinking. The more positive and optimistic you are, the happier you will be in every area of your life.

Get Negative Thoughts Out Of Your Mind
For you to stay positive always, you must get negative thoughts out of your mind as fast as possible. Negative thoughts bring opposite results to positive thinking. It dis-empowers you and make you feel weaker and less confident.
Negative thoughts take your power away whenever you think or say something negative.
Negative thoughts make you angry and defensive. You feel frustrated and unhappy. With time, negative thinking can make you physically ill and poison your relationships.

See the damage negative thinking does to you in summary.
(1) It renders you powerless
(2) It makes you angry and defensive
(3) You feel frustrated and unhappy
(4) It makes you physically ill
(5) It poisons your relationship

Do you see that list? Those 5 powerful effects of negative thinking can shorten your life.
You now have the responsibility to eliminate negative thinking from your mind permanently. Brian Tracy says ‘ the elimination of negative emotions is the most important single step you can take toward health, happiness and personal well-being.’

Decide To Choose Positive Thoughts TodayUse the law of substitution to eliminate negative thinking from your mind and replace them with positive thinking. The law of substitution says ‘ your mind can hold only one thought at a time- positive or negative’. You can substitute a positive thought for a negative thought whenever you choose. You can apply the law by deliberately thinking about something positive whenever you want to cancel out a thought or feeling that makes you angry or unhappy. Remember that your thought and feeling determine your actions which in turn form your habit. The law of habit says ‘ any thought or action that you repeat over and over will eventually become a new habit’.
Thinking and responding repeatedly in a positive way helps you to take control over your conscious mind. Very soon, it becomes automatic and easy to think and act in that manner. Your will power is developed as a result of that singular process. You can go ahead to develop new habits of thinking and acting in a positive way.

You Can Starve Your Negative Emotions To Death
If you think you cannot do away with negative thinking, perish the thought. The secret I want you to know is that all negative thoughts have been learned. You started learning them in your childhood. When you were born, you had none of them. In short, you can unlearn them just as you initially learned them. What has been learned can be unlearned. You will be amazed how quickly you can do away with negative thoughts once you decide on it right now. A great expert on success says ‘ you can learn any habit or skill that you consider to be either desirable or necessary. You can learn positive constructive ways of thinking about people, money, health and other things to cancel out negative ideas that limit your potential and interfere with your success’.
